Policy

Purchase goods and services for the College in compliance with State of Washington regulations.

Take full advantage of Washington State, Washington Institute of Higher Education (WIPHE) and approved cooperative contracts in an effort to procure goods and services in the most economical manner.

Whenever reasonable, the College shall utilize the services of local vendors.

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to define the purchasing process in accordance with State of Washington regulations.

To Whom Does This Policy Apply

This policy applies to all persons employed by the college.
